A charming example of a applique, patchwork and embroidered vintage cotton 'ralli' quilt, Middle to Lower Sindh, SE Pakistan. this example displays wonderfully soft colors, great design and excellent condition. The backing is from a beautiful antique resist dyed 'odhani'. The corners have been embellished with cotton tufts and beads, indicating it was made for a special occasion or religous holiday.
