SOLD A visually stunning 'kantha' quilt displaying a center mandala with boteh designs in each corner and what appear to be pepal leaves as a border motif. The colors are wonderfully saturated. A beautifully drawn bird graces the center retangle, and one would imagine it possessed special meaning for the woman who created this piece. Quilted and embroidered with recycled muslin with threads from disgarded family garments. Circa early 20th century. SOLD
