SOLD Antique embroidered kantha, circa 1900 or before, West Bengal, India. Beautifully embroidered and quilted kantha with four male figures and a beautiful central mandala. Trees and flowerheads decorate the field and borders. Cotton embroidery on quilted cotton using all vegatable dyes. All materials were recycled from the family's dhoti and saris. A very collectable example. SOLD
