A very beautiful Kurdish long rug, circa 1850 or earlier, Eastern Anatolia. This handsome example is decorated with polychrome six-sided devices on a field of ivory. The border designs have been drawn on a beautiful ground of deep honey. The border is decorated with stepped stars or cruciforms. Missing a bit from the sides and ends. Very collectable. SOLD
