This antique piece is outstanding and very intriguing, as well as being a bit of a mystery. I believe it to be from the Afshar tribe of SW Persia. It has smoldering natural dyes and super shiny wool (very difficult to photograph!). Honestly, I'm not sure what it is, but it definitely dates well into the 19th century. It has an old looking back and full pile and a wonderful handle. The red is beautiful and clear. The blues are heavenly. A very beautiful and collectable piece. Price on Request
