A nice antique 'ensi' or door rug, made for hanging at the entrance to the yurt during special occastions, circa 1900, Western Turkmenistan. Beautiful design and organic colors with silky wool. There are two bites out of each end, which could be restored as the rest of the rug is in good, full pile condition. Two woven, woolen chords remain that were used for hanging from the door frame of the Yomut yurt. Price on Request
