Ceramics | Antique Persian Plate

This exquisite plate dates to the middle of the 19th century, and was most likely produced in the vicinity between Tehran and Kashan, Persia. The blue/black glaze is absolutely stunning with a depth of color one rarely sees in such pieces. For such a dark object, it appears to emit its own light. The condition is excellent. It is 5 1/2" in diameter. A very collectable example. Price on Request
