A beautiful and unusual conically shaped vessel, circa 3200-2500 BCE, Mehrgarh culture, Indus Valley Cilivization, South Asia. This unusually shaped conical vessel has been painted with white slip and decorated with horizontal linear designs in brown and rust. It is a wonderful example in excellent condition.
