A very beautiful embroidered square cloth, early 20th century, probably Madhya Pradesh, Central India. This fine square cloth displays the most amazing natural dyes, very fine layered embroidery and is in excellent condition. There are wonderful shades of red, indigo, aubergine, yellow, teal green and ivory. The dimensions are 18" x 18". A flawless and very unique example which is quite unusual in many ways.
